The 10th anniversary of the Dallas Chocolate Festival drew thousands of great enthusiasts trying over 60 craft choclate companies and dozens of our nation’s great chocolate makers. I got the opportunity to try some of the greats, Dandelion, Raaka, Potomac, and Amano to name a few! Check out some of the bars we got for tasting and comparing with friends and family!
